Absolutely incredible hotel in an incredible position to the Marina where there was a pub. Exceptionally comfortable beds & large rooms. Extremely friendly staff, comprehensive breakfast with decent coffee and a nice view of the garden, as for instance😀

Booked a room with lovely views over the gardens. The location was stunning, just off very good pubs as well as Chichester, the harbour and nearby beaches. Also, an understated cathedral was 4 km away.
The room felt a bit cold and the bathroom was tiny.

we had large and comprehensive breakfasts with good fresh bread. the location was lovely and beautiful - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

The king-sized bed felt more like a rock than a cloud, not ideal for a cozy night's sleep. The carpeted shower room does scream 90s nostalgia but raises hygiene eyebrows. Breakfast could stand to spice things up-a couple of labeled granola jars don't cut it. The tarnished mirror reflects poor upkeep. Very off-putting.

This spot was a real treasure! The king room was super comfy with fresh milk ready for tea. The breakfast was great, with a delish full English. Perfect for couples and tucked away in a picturesque manor! A nearby pub, The Crown and Anchor, served fine views over Chichester harbour.

We stayed in a King Room, and it was really comfy. The bed was a king size. The room was super clean and had nice touches in the decor. The kitchen area was fully equipped, perfect for a couple. And a small garden out front was a nice bonus. Just wish the breakfast selection was a bit better, and the shower had no carpet. That felt kinda old school.

Fresh milk and a well-stocked fridge added a nice touch, and the breakfast options were both delicious and plentiful. The gardens and grounds invited leisurely strolls, contributing to the tranquil experience.

The charming Jacobean decor and lovely gardens were good. It was so easy to navigate, especially seniors like me.
More accessible seating in common areas would be nice.
